The correct way to practice Balayam Yoga is as follows:

– Make sure there are no flaws in your scalp skin

– Get relaxed

– Sit in a silent room

– Start rubbing your fingernails of both of your hands against each other in a horizontal direction.

– Do this practice for 15 minutes straight.

– Take a break if required and follow.

Balayam Yoga needs to be practised for 1 hour every day. This hour can be divided into 4 quarters as well.

Balayam takes about 6 to 7 months of continuous practice before it shows any results.
