Nahargarh Fort


By Air: The nearest airport to Jaipur is the Jaipur International Airport, which is well-connected to major cities in India. From the airport, you can hire a taxi or take a pre-paid cab to reach Jantar Mantar, which is located in the heart of the city.

By Train: Jaipur is well-connected by trains to major cities across the country. The Jaipur Railway Station is the main railway station in the city. From the railway station, you can take a taxi, auto-rickshaw, or a local bus to reach Jantar Mantar. It is located around 3 kilometers from the railway station.

By Road: Jaipur has a good road network and is well-connected to nearby cities and towns. If you prefer traveling by road, you can either drive your own vehicle or hire a taxi. Jantar Mantar is situated in the City Palace complex, which is located in the heart of Jaipur. You can follow the directions and signs to the City Palace, and once you reach there, Jantar Mantar is within walking distance.

Local Transportation: Jaipur has a well-developed local transportation system, including buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. You can easily find public buses or hire an auto-rickshaw or taxi to reach Jantar Mantar. The observatory is a popular tourist attraction, so most local drivers will be familiar with its location.

You can take leisurely walks along the fort’s ramparts, savoring breathtaking vistas of the Pink City and its surrounding hills. Sunset views from here are particularly captivating, casting a warm glow over the city and creating a mesmerizing ambiance.
